Teaching

Sadie is the instructor of SQL For Data Science with UC Davis and Coursera. Sadie was the first female instructor for Data Science on the Coursera platform and from her influence has opened the doors for three more additional female teachers. This course is one of the highest rated data science classes on the Coursera Platform with over 50,000 people who have taken the class.

Women in Data

Sadie is the founder and CEO of Women in Data (WID). WID is a non-profit organization with over 3,000 members, 10 chapters, and 40 events held annually. Sadie started Women in Data because she believes diversity is needed in the field of AI and data science in order to progress responsibly into the future.
